By placing an order on sfba.us, you agree to these terms. We've kept them in plain language — no legalese walls.

The basics

SFBA ("Set Free, Born Again") — that's us. When you order from us, you're buying print-on-demand apparel: each shirt and hoodie is printed after you order it. Tees are $30, hoodies are $60. Prices and available products may change.

Orders

• Placing an order is a request, not a guarantee — if we can't fulfill it (a printing issue, a discontinued garment, anything like that), we'll cancel and refund you in full, and we'll tell you why.
• You're responsible for entering the right size, design, and shipping address. Double-check before you check out — and if you catch a mistake right after ordering, email support@sfba.us fast and we'll do our best to fix it before it prints.

Our designs

All SFBA artwork — the designs, the scripture treatments, the monogram — belongs to us. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the rights to the art. Please don't reproduce or resell our designs.

Fair use, plainly said

We stand behind what we sell, as our refund and shipping policies spell out. That said: we're a small shop, not an insurance company. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We can't be responsible for indirect or consequential damages — that's the plain-English version, and it's the best we can do while keeping the lights on.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the new version goes live on this page. The terms in effect when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.
