Privacy policy

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to get your order to your door, and we don't sell your information. Ever.

What we collect

When you place an order on sfba.us, our store platform (Shopify) collects:

• Your name, shipping address, and email address
• Payment details, processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number

We may also collect basic, anonymous browsing data (like which pages get visited) to understand how the store is doing. Nothing that identifies you personally.

How we use it

• To fulfill and ship your order, and to contact you about it
• To respond if you reach out to support@sfba.us
• To send occasional emails about new designs, ministry updates, or store news — only if you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We use Meta's advertising tools (including the Meta Pixel) to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads. That means Meta may collect information about how you use our site. You can control how Meta uses your data in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We don't share your details except where needed to run the store: our payment processor, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printful, which needs your address to ship your order), and shipping carriers.
